Nicola studied BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy at the University of East Anglia and qualified as a speech and language therapist in 2010. Since then, she initially worked within the NHS in Milton Keynes, and then went on to roies specialising in Autistic Spectrum Disorders within a council run Speech and Language Therapy Service in London and then returned to Norfolk to work within a Complex Needs School. Nicola aiso works within the NHS Neurodevelopmental Service in Norfolk.

Nicola has completed training in a number of specialist communication strategies including ‘Picture Exchange Communication System'(PECS). Attention Autism. and is trained to administer ADOS assessments. Her passion is helping young people by supporting those around them to understand their needs and to provide a supportive environment.
